All feedback from this consultation will be reviewed as the plans are finalised for a full planning application submission. It is anticipated that the planning application will then be submitted to Bath & North East Somerset Council in the late summer/early autumn of 2025.
Once the application has been validated and registered, the Council will carry out statutory consultation on the submitted plans including statutory bodies as well as the local community and near neighbours.
